Sound familiar?

How often have you…

  • left an event thinking, ‘That could have been an email’?
  • sat through panels where people talked at each other, while the real conversation never happened?
  • chosen the venue, format and suppliers first, and only then asked what you actually wanted to achieve?
  • wished for someone to help you shape the whole thing, not just deliver the individual services?

If that sounds familiar, Omilyon may be the partner you have been looking for.

What we do

We help organisations turn strategic objectives into meaningful gatherings.

Whether you are planning a congress, forum, roundtable, corporate retreat — or something that doesn’t have a name yet — we design it for you, at three different levels depending on what you need:

The process

Format follows purpose.

For us, the format is never the starting point. Purpose is. We first understand what you want to accomplish, then find the right way to bring people together around it.

We keep the process simple and transparent, with close collaboration and a tailored approach.

  1. 01

    Say hello

Tell us a little about what you are working on, what you would like to accomplish and which of our services you are interested in. You can arrive with a fully formed idea, a rough concept or simply a feeling that something needs to be different.

  2. 02

    Purpose, People, Proposition

We start with a conversation to understand what is really behind your request, using our 3Ps:

    Purpose
What do you want to accomplish?
    People
Who needs to be part of it?
    Proposition
Why should they come? What do they bring, and what do they take away?

Together, they give us a clearer picture of what the gathering needs to deliver, before we start talking about formats, venues or production.

  3. 03

    The proposal

Based on our conversation, we prepare a proposal: what we suggest doing, how we would approach it, what you can expect from us and the investment required. You review it, we go through any questions together, and once we agree, we move forward.

  4. 04

    Discover, Define, Design

We take everything we have learned so far and go deeper: exploring your context and the people involved, defining the questions worth asking, and shaping the programme, contributors and flow.

It is not always a straight line. Depending on the project, we may move back and forth between stages as new insights emerge.

  5. 05

    Your output

You receive a clear, usable outcome for the service you chose. That might be a strategy for improving your flagship events, a fully developed gathering concept, a programme and content architecture, a participant experience, or a combination of these.

The goal is simple: you finish knowing not only what you will be doing, but why it is designed that way and what it is meant to deliver.

Why us

We combine experience, a clear methodology and creative thinking to see what others miss.

Omilyon grew out of more than five years of designing and delivering events and programmes across Europe, in person and online. We know what works, what doesn't, and where small changes can make a big difference.

Our methodology shapes every layer of the gathering — from the questions worth exploring and the people involved, to the flow of the programme and the conditions that enable meaningful exchange.

Our team brings first-hand experience of convening high-level speakers and diverse stakeholders, building partnerships across sectors, and working with organisations across academia, business, government and civil society.

We help widen the circle, bringing in relevant voices, perspectives and relationships that can strengthen the gathering.

We bring an outside view, free from internal habits, hierarchies and established assumptions. This helps uncover new possibilities, question familiar thinking and strengthen what is already there.

We combine a European perspective with a strong understanding of local stakeholders, context and market dynamics — helping each gathering feel relevant to its setting.

We question familiar formats and explore more engaging, unexpected ways for people to come together.

What should your gathering achieve?

Tell us what you have in mind and we will come back to you to arrange an introductory conversation.

Thank you — your message is on its way.
